Roedean Guest House is located just a ten minute walk from the beach, in easy reach of all the local amenities. It has been awarded the Gold Award by the Weston-super-Mare Hotel & Restaurants Association and is without question one of the premier guest house accommodations in Weston-super-Mare.

Roedean is easily accessible by car, with ample free parking available, as well as being close to the train station. There are 4 rooms available, all en-suite of course, which can cater for singles, couples and families. Roedean is popular with visitors for both business and pleasure and comes highly recommended by Guide2Westonsupermare.com as well as upto date testimonials from recent visitors on their TripAdvisor page.

With modern fixtures and fittings, all our rooms offer en-suite bathrooms as well as flat-screen television, free wifi broadband and tea and coffee making facilities. Our accommodation is competitively priced, and we pride ourselves on offering friendly, helpful service and modern comfortable surroundings.

Children

Unfortunately we do not have the facilities to accommocate children under 3 years old.

Breakfast

Full English Breakfast is served between 8.00am and 9.00am on weekdays and between 8.00am and 9.30am at weekends and Bank Holidays. These times are flexible depending on the guest's requirement.

Parking

We offer free on-site parking for guests along with secure overnight storage for bikes and motorcycles.

Cancellations

We require 24 hours notice (ahead of 3.00pm check-in time) for any cancellations. Cancellations outside this time will be charged for one night's accommodation.

Check-In

Check-in is after 3.00pm, check-out is before 10.30am.

Smoking

As required by law, smoking is not permitted throughout Roedean Guest House.
